Glenroy Inc. Acquires PF Flexibles—formerly Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. (PCTI)

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis., January 28, 2015 — Glenroy® Inc., a converter and printer of flexible packaging, is pleased to announce that it has concluded an agreement effective Jan. 16, 2015, to acquire the pouch converting operations of PF Flexibles—formerly known as Pouch Converting Technologies Inc. or PCTI— from PolyFirst Packaging Inc.

PF Flexibles, based in Hartford, Wisconsin, has produced award-winning stand-up pouches, and offers exceptional expertise in producing stand-up pouches for liquids. This acquisition provides Glenroy Inc. with a wide range of pouch converting equipment, and allows Glenroy to offer some of the most extensive in-house pouch converting capabilities in the industry.
